In this session, we’ll cover a general health survey, get to know your body & goals, assess your posture and breathing, and introduce the foundations of Hypopressive techniques. You’ll leave with personalised guidance and a clear plan for your next steps—perfect for starting safely and effectively.
30-min Support & Check-in £45

What’s Included:
A session to help you stay on track and feel confident with your practice. We’ll review your technique, answer questions, and tweak anything that feels tricky—so you can keep moving practise with ease. Short, simple, and all about supporting you.

What’s Included:
