Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
• All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or in person.
• Payment is due at the time of the session, either by cash, SumUp card, or Apple Pay.
• We do not require payment upfront, but your session is only confirmed once booked.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. You must cancel via phone or WhatsApp on 077 411 86368 or email lara@hypopresives-north-wales.co.uk.
• Standard notice: at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit of the session, at the discretion of Hypopressives North Wales.
• We understand that emergencies happen—please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.
3. Late Arrivals
• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid affecting following clients.
• The full session fee still applies.
4. Health & Safety
• Please inform your instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy prior to your session.
• Hypopressives North Wales is not responsible for any adverse effects if health conditions are not disclosed.
5. General Terms
• Sessions are for personal use only; sharing materials or techniques outside the session is not permitted without consent.
• Hypopressives North Wales reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions.

When you book a session, we’ll ask for a few basic details like your name, contact information, and any relevant health information you choose to share (such as injuries, pregnancy, or symptoms). This helps us support you safely and tailor sessions to your body and needs.

• Stored securely (either digitally or in writing)
• Only used to manage your booking and support your sessions
We will never share or sell your personal information, and we won’t contact you for marketing unless you’ve said you’re happy for us to do so.
