Preparing for Hypopressives

You don’t have to have any prior exercise experience or skills to do, enjoy, and gain from Hypopressives.

No fancy gear required, just enough room on the floor to stretch out your arms and legs.

General guidance:

It’s best to wear comfy clothes for easy movement.

Going barefoot is nice, but not a must.

Stay hydrated before and after sessions.

Wait at least an hour after meals before doing Hypopressive exercises.
