Benefits of Hypopressives
At first, I looked into Hypopressives Exercise as a solution for people who were having trouble connecting with their pelvic floor, and for those who weren’t getting the results they wanted from traditional pelvic floor training (kegels).
I discovered that Hypopressives are a great way to improve the whole core and pelvic floor but also flexibility, adaptability, and overall functionality. Issues like emotional stress, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed often play a part in pelvic health problems. Hypopressives can help deal with these issues, bringing balance between the body and mind.
This balance allows the pelvic floor, core, and the whole body to function better, improving our breathing, circulation, and movement.
Let’s adopt a more comprehensive and holistic approach to core training, pelvic health and well-being!
